From digital site recording to quote, super fast
The situation
BKA Installatietechniek installs sustainable energy solutions for the residential market, focused on more comfort and lower costs. The company had to do a lot of site recordings and work out quotes from them, which added up to over 25 hours a week of admin for the owner.
That had to change. Instead of adding another person, we focused on software, with one goal: capture the information on site at the customer as well as possible, and turn it into a quote incredibly fast.
Our solution
Digital recording & work preparation
The site survey happens via the tablet: flexible fields, photos and marking up pipework and installation, with voice recording for quick instructions and notes to the AI system. That produces a clear project file for work preparation.
Product comparison, savings included
Based on the recording, the right products become visible on site straight away, including the pros and cons per product. That makes it easy to visually pick the best-fitting product, with the savings and impact per choice right alongside it.
Working out the quote (still in progress)
From the product and price validated in the recording, a final official calculation is made in ENK. That calculation gets uploaded, the category selected, and the text is written block by block into a designed quote template. With a quick check, the quote, including digital signature, can go to the customer.
The result
Step by step, more of the 25 hours a week of admin is being automated. Quoting is still in progress, but this is the result so far.
