Building in phases
We build in phases so we can iterate quickly, integrated directly into your infrastructure and your systems, so it's yours to own.
Delivery
We deliver and go live in production, including guidance for your team so the system gets used the way it's meant to. From that point, all code, tools and documentation are in your hands.
SLA & support (optional)

The questions we hear most from business owners
Honest answers, because those are worth more to you than a sales pitch.
We hear that more often than anything else, and it usually came down to a builder who understood the technology but not the business. We start the other way round: we dig into your process and into how your company works, and calculate what it delivers. Then we build in phases, so we have to prove ourselves with every piece before you invest further. Everything we build is yours from day one. And our clients do four projects with us on average, because the first one simply worked.
That depends on which building blocks you need, which is why we work through the business case with you upfront. In the first year our solutions typically return three to six times the investment, and you get that calculation in black and white. That makes the internal case write itself. If the sums do not add up, we say so.
Yes, because we replace nothing unless it is truly needed. We build a layer on top of what you already have: your ERP stays, your email stays, only certain steps run automatically from now on. With Brincr, the wholesale ERP from Visma, we are now an official integration partner.
Smaller automations are often up and running within a few weeks. Larger projects are cut into phases, so months never go by without something that works. In the first conversation you hear which setup fits your situation.
Yes. Everything we build for you is your property from the start: the solution, the code and the documentation. So you are not locked into anything, including us.
You do not have to automate a hundred per cent to win. If forty per cent of your orders or quotes follow a fixed logic, that is forty per cent of the manual work gone. And it is often the first steps of every process, such as reading and categorising, that are the same every single time.
The system takes over the retyping, not the control: the final check stays with your team, and nothing goes out of the door automatically without someone approving it. We also build in phases with the people who have to work with it, so the system adapts to the team and not the other way round.
