The B2B customer submits a request and fills in a form, with photos and notes. Everything you need sits centrally, as the foundation for the next steps (for the end customer: the quote, handover document and more).
You fill in the survey directly on your tablet, annotate photos and record a voice note. It is worked out end to end straight away, the project file is created, and it is connected to your ERP immediately.
Linked to the survey form, you add extra input (drawings and more), and based on historical quotes and costing logic the material and labour needs are calculated (and, where possible, created directly as a costing in the ERP).
Once the costing is approved, our system writes out the quote end to end, in the right templates and designs. No generic text or filling in a document one-to-one, but building the quote with AI and your own logic. From there it is sent out and signed digitally, including follow-up.
The system reads and processes physical work orders, we connect to your existing work order tool, or build a simple version ourselves. Whichever path it is, hours and materials are collected and booked directly to the right project.
An overview is created automatically, specific per project, with estimated hours, materials and costs against the actual hours so far (including a final calculation), including a risk flag for delays and a link to milestone invoices.
From a simple tool, engineers can upload photos, checklists and notes and have the customer sign off. From there a complete handover document goes to the customer, including aftersales down the line around customer satisfaction and upsells such as maintenance.

That depends heavily on the exact project. Our projects are usually between €5K and €15K, with outliers upwards (to €150K and beyond) and downwards (from €2K to €3K). We always think along with clients about what is realistic in their situation. One thing holds for every project we do: there has to be a logical ROI. If we don't see one, we don't build the solution either. After the project plan you know what you get and what it costs: we agree a fixed price for a fixed scope, so no invoice for hours you did not see coming.
That depends on what we agree, and we always think along with you. Where it helps we provide training and onboarding for end users, so the solutions support your business and your team properly. The systems we build can be handed over, or stay under our management so the quality is safeguarded over time.
Usually it does. Almost every package has an API these days, and that is what we connect to; we have done it hundreds of times. If that is not possible or not allowed, it does not stop there. Then we work with exports and imports, with a layer in between, or with a robot that performs the same steps your employee would. There are plenty of creative work-arounds, and the project plan tells us which one fits your situation. Your system is never the problem for us; the gap between systems is where we work.
