He now coordinates the entire development team, and is the link between business problem and technical solution. His style? Pragmatic, direct and no-bullshit solutions that solve the real problem.

Coen learned the trade in sales, where at its peak he built a team of 40+ salespeople. Within Stonewell he leads the commercial strategy, the partnerships and the growth. His conviction: it is not the strongest who wins, but whoever adapts fastest with the smartest system.
Follow Coen on LinkedInOur development team counts twelve full-time developers, spread across several countries. We select on seniority and proven work, not on location. That lets Stonewell move from a small automation to a full SaaS platform, at the same quality bar.
Per project we choose who works on it and from where, because not every assignment calls for the same people or seniority. Everyone is reachable during Dutch office hours, and you always have a Dutch point of contact (who according to our reviews is nearly always reachable).
