SaaS development

Your industry knowledge. Our development team.

You run a business that stands on its own feet, or you have just sold one. You see a software opportunity in your industry and you are willing to invest in it. The software just isn't your trade, so you're looking for a partner.

Situation

Does this sound familiar?

You have a good idea

You know exactly which problem your industry has, because you solve it by hand every week. The question is not whether it is a good idea, but whether there is a business underneath it.

No technical team, no appetite for gambling

You know the stories of tens of thousands of euros going up in smoke at an agency or a freelancer friend, without anything usable coming out of it.

You want to go all in, not on the side

A software company is a second business, not a side project. You are willing to put money and attention into it, and you're looking for a partner who takes on the building A-to-Z, and knows the SaaS world.

The moat check

Does your idea have a lead that holds up?

Generic software without a lead of its own can no longer be financed and can no longer be sold. Five questions. Answering them honestly gets you more than a good score.

Five questions. Then you see what we make of it.

  • Data of your own

You have data an outsider does not: years of orders, files, measurements or prices from your own industry.

  • Distribution

You can reach the first customers yourself. Your own client base, network, or a name your industry listens to.

  • Deep in the process

The product would sit inside your customer's daily work, not next to it as an extra screen people forget to open.

  • Knowledge and relationships

You know the rules, the exceptions and the people so well that a newcomer would need years to catch up.

  • Urgency

Your target group already knows this problem exists and solves it today with patchwork in Excel or extra hands.

The approach

The route from idea to a product that grows

Three steps. You can buy the first one on its own, and it is allowed to come back as a no. The rest we do together with you, and we promise no outcome up front that isn't ours to control.

Our principle

We only build as a partner. Putting up a SaaS product for a client we never see again is not our business, and it is not going to become our business.

  1. Research & reality check

We validate market demand, including the competition, and map out what it takes to make the concept succeed: complexity, regulation, data and more. That gives clarity: the idea is a winner, we refine it until it is, or you've avoided an expensive build mistake thanks to an early reality check.

  2. MVP (first product version)

If the story holds up, we cut the product back to the smallest piece that genuinely helps a customer. That is what we build, and that is what we put in front of those customers. What they do with it decides what comes next, not what came out of the first brainstorm.

  3. Growing it together

From here we become partners: we offer the ecosystem to build a SaaS company, from software development to (if/where needed) advice and strategy, capital and distribution, alongside your industry knowledge and network.

What is running now

Three products we are taking to market right now

No wall of logos. This is what is genuinely under way.

  • Pre-launch

    Global lift app

We're shortly launching the community and troubleshooting module, which uses thousands of manuals and expert input from technicians to turn a fault into an answer in seconds. The waiting list is at almost 1,000 technicians.

  • Built in phases

    Performance strategist (music)

We're building a platform in phases where musicians see all their data and performance in one place, including royalties and more, and get data-driven marketing and content strategy, including execution and performance loops that learn from the results.

  • Scaling up

    SEO agency in a box

Together with an SEO specialist, we're taking a quality-driven SEO tool to market. It's already live with the first paying customers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is your question missing? Ask it in the conversation.

  • Then we say so, and the research has paid for itself twice over. The project you don't build because the concept doesn't hold up saves you the most time and the most money. We have talked entrepreneurs out of a platform we could have had months of work on.

  • No. You bring the industry knowledge, the first customers and the decisions. We have the development team. You don't have to make a single technical choice yourself, but you do have to understand what you are buying. That part is on us.

  • Often we can, but we look at it first. That is the code review: we read the code the way a buyer or investor would and say honestly whether building on it is smarter than starting over.

  • That depends on the product and on how sharply the first version is cut. We don't work towards a complete platform, but towards the smallest piece that genuinely helps a real customer. That stands sooner than most people expect, and it is the only thing you learn anything from.

  • Yes. We prepare you for it: the numbers, the story and technology that survives due diligence. And we open our network. That is a large network of investors active in software startups, and in corporate finance.

  • No. We step into a SaaS product as a partner or not at all, because only then are we in the same boat as you and is our judgement on what to build worth anything. If you are looking for an agency that works through a specification, we are the wrong party and we will say so in the first conversation.
