The questions we hear most
We mostly work remote, unless you work from our office in Pakistan or South Africa. Our HQ in the Netherlands is in the works for Dutch roles (likely The Hague).
No. If you recognise yourself in the role and most of the points, apply. We look at what you can do and how fast you learn, not at a checklist.
For an acquisition role, exclusively Dutch. For development roles everything runs in English (Dutch is not required, unless the vacancy explicitly states otherwise).
We make sure your interests and ours point the same way. If we win you win, and the other way around. Growth moves towards more seniority and responsibility (your own team, bigger projects), up to building companies together (such as SaaS businesses). It ultimately depends on what makes your heart beat faster.
