The situation
MW Solutions installs EV charging points, with a small back-office team, including the owner. A lot of time was lost writing up site surveys, drafting design reports and putting together quotes, up to 16 hours a week in total, and the company could put that time to much better use. The question was clear.
Our solution
Digital survey form
The site survey runs through a tablet. Flexible fields, photos and marking up cabling and installation, with voice recording for quick instructions to the AI system.
Automatic design report
The system pulls the project data from the ERP, clusters it with the survey, and works out the design report end to end into a structured document.
Automated quote
The design flows on into a quote in the ERP, with the right parts, components and prices. The last step stays with a person, who checks and completes it.
The result
The system meant more surveys and quotes could be handled, the customer got their quote faster, and the company had room to keep growing.
