This company supplies and installs screw pile foundations. A lot of time was lost on quoting, project management and above all chasing information and sharing basic details with the customer. According to the owner that could and had to be better, so the work was clear.

Centralised staff portal
Staff centrally manage all clients, projects, calculations, installers, work documents and more through the portal. No unnecessary functionality, just what's needed. They also build quotes here, including the relevant company documents and product specifications (certifications etc.) automatically.
Customer portal
The customer submits requests, sees quotes, and follows project progress centrally in their portal. Much larger customers with many orders, so overview was the core need.
Installer portal
Installers have an environment where they view projects and work orders, and can deliver work (including photos and a signature), after which the delivery document is generated automatically (including where which piles sit).
The result
It created calm, overview and structure for the team, letting them run more projects and quotes, on top of the time saved on quoting itself.
