This company supplies pipe components, and every delivery requires a package of product data, standards and certifications to be included. That comes from the supplier and their Sharepoint database, and had to be processed, rewritten, gathered together and then shared with the customer. That cost unnecessary work, and as a result often didn't get done. The challenge was clear.

Order and product data extraction
The order and all relevant products are pulled from the ERP. Based on the product codes, the system pulls the relevant supplier documents and other data from Sharepoint.
Document enrichment
The system processes each document further. Depending on the document type, that includes finding photos and extra information online, and for others removing supplier names and adding customer names.
Document creation
Based on all the context, the right type of documents are built the right way and combined into a folder ready for the customer. Only a human check remains, and the delivery is ready.
